The professional Aerobic Pump Power Disk set consists of a pleasant to touch foam-coated bar and rubber coated iron disks.
These disks are not fully circular to avoid ground rolling. They have strategically placed holes to allow easy grip and facilitate specific workouts.

• 3 holes for easy and secure grip.
• Soft and comfortable foam coated bar, 3 mm thick, providing more load capacity
