Currently rubber discs are the preferred choice for most users. They have a nice to touch coating of high quality shock resistant rubber. Their ergonomic design includes special handles which facilitate gripping. They also include a tool to facilitate disc removal from the bar and to pick them up from the floor. The inner hole is the 50 mm and is protected by a steel ring which allows a smooth rotation of the disc on to the bar. For easy weight identification the discs show the weight embossed and coloured.
